Returns and Cancellation Policy

If you buy from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

Customers then have another 14 days to return the goods after cancelling.

How to Cancel

Returning Goods

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Returned items should be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached (unless faulty)

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. However, we may reduce your refund if the value of the goods is reduced due to unnecessary handling.

Refunds

We will refund:

  • The full price of the goods
  • The cost of standard delivery

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

All refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The goods are faulty
  • The goods are not as described

Exclusions
